Generally, a deep locker will have a recessed lid. Some modification may be needed to fit locker bags.

1. The frame is set for gluing. Wax paper keeps it from sticking to the work bench.
2. The storage bags is bedded with polyurethane adhesive and then screwed down snugly.
3. Fiberglass frames have slim corners.
4. A hole saw helps round corners.
5. Screws clamp the fabric between the top and bottom frame.
